​Bryz on his real name Emanuel Coman, born in Bucharest Romania. His first contact with music took place early in his childhood when he started with Hip-hop and Tech House. He felt very inspired by jazz,blues loops wich he associated with house music. The produce-ing career started as a hobby in 2009 making deep house and tech house tunes at home. His passion for underground house music became more than a hobby in 2011. Now his focus is on quality Underground Romanian Techno.

Tzinah Records: To start with, please, recommend us something to listen to while we go through this interview. It can be anything.
BRYZ: This is one of my favorites: Soft Jazz – Ain’t no sunshine.

Tzinah Records: Could you remember when and where have you felt it for the first time that you were to become a music artist?
BRYZ: In the summer of 2015 I bought a pair of full range speakers produced by Fostex and I built two back loaded horn enclosures for them. This diy project made me move to another level in musical production. I can not say I have talent, I just felt the result of the work done over the past.

Tzinah Records: Why did you choose to create and play this particular type of music? Are there any artists that touched you deeply while developing your own style?
BRYZ: I have listened to many musical genres. I love listening to a good voice but I’ve always been in love with instrumental ones. I can choose my own mood if is only instrumental. And yes, Barac.

Tzinah Records: Please, briefly, describe for us, the current state of the underground music scene in the place you come from. Is it any good?
BRYZ: I am from Bucharest, Romania.There are many good artists throught the country.

Tzinah Records: Without giving out too much about your secret weapons, please tell us how does the magic work in your production routine. Software? Analog? What does your DJ set-up imply?
BRYZ: My weapon is the love for this kind of music. At home I use two turntables and a diy mixer.

Tzinah Records: What are the aspects of your daily life that are influencing the shape and sound of the music that you currently make?
BRYZ: I like to make people happy and this is a perfect way…so I will work hard for this.

Tzinah Records: Which underground house DJ or producer would you love to take out for a summer picnic? With which artist (from any music genre) would you spend 24 hours stuck in an elevator?
BRYZ: Petre Inspirescu,Barac,Stacy Kent,..

Tzinah Records: Have you already played in your most-dreamed about venue? Which one is that?
BRYZ: I didn’t played yet,but i hope soon.

Tzinah Records: What motivates you to be an active part of the underground movement?
BRYZ: The people that are coming at this type of parties.

Tzinah Records: What’s your favorite type of breakfast?
BRYZ: Chamomile tea and bitter cherry jam.

Tzinah Records: What do you do when the music is not playing?
BRYZ: Diy home audio.

Tzinah Records: What’s the story behind your Tzinah Family Podcast? How did you record it and are there released or unreleased tracks?
BRYZ: This podcast was made with love for Tzinah and contains the theme of “time”.Yes i have released and unreleased.

Tzinah Records: Are there any of your plans/upcoming projects that you would like to share with us? Where can we see you play next?
BRYZ: Dragusanu,Samir and I,we are running a project called Fildesh. More to come. Booking: Fildesh (Bryz & Dragusanu) I will share with everybody soon as i will have good news. More on my official page.
