We announce the start of a new label from Romania . Tzinah Records is a new romanian label focused on releasing quality house music from upcoming romanian producers and not only.
Our first release comes from italian duo Double Dash, two very talented brothers. With already a couple of releases on labels like T-Bahn Records, Herz Ist Trumpf and Tenax, just to name a few, and support from the biggest names in the industry, these guys are deffinetly ones to watch in the future. Italo House is a groovy classic house track that seems to take you way back in time, into the 90’s with it’s deepnes and groove synths, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
For remixing we hooked up with one of the uprising producers from Romania, George G. Along side his well known world wide buddies Livio & Roby, featured as Monochrome project and releases on labels like Cecille Numbers they put a mark in the world wide house & techno scene. Also they’ve been declared Global Winners of Heineken Thirst Studio 2006 with their remix of Gabriel & Dresden’s “Pearl”. Having previously caught the eye of industry bigwigs like Steve Lawler (who has used their productions in his mixes), Monochromeís future now looks more colourful than ever!. Also his release on Cecille Numbers along Livio & Roby was hammered by the ones like Loco Dice & other great dj’s in the world. His remix of Italo House is a awesome piece of deep house , spiced with heavy basslines and great atmosphere, perfect for afterhours sets and late night trips. Great vibe in this one! The second remix, a groovy old school house with heavy percussions, comes from Faster, a young guy from Bucharest a proved great dj and also a upcoming talended producer ! With weekly gigs at the best clubs in Bucharest and lately also in London or Manheim, Germany, he sure is on the good track ! And for the 3rd remix we employed another young producer from Romania. Alex Modoi is coming from Sibiu (Hermastadt). Along his buddies Mihai Popovoviciu and Jay Blis he releases his first vinyl, Thirst Day on BangBang! that turned to be a huge succes. His remix is a great tech house tool that surely makes the dancefloor burn!
